The original soundtrack of “Acharya”, a film based on the life of Bhajan Shiromani Bhakta Raj Acharya titled “Aago Ko Raap” was released amidst a launch event held at Hotel Sangri-La, Lazimpat on 24th August 2011. Along with the track, the music video of the track has also been released. Actor/singer Satya Raj Acharya, who portrays his father in the film, spoke at the event –“Aago Ko Raap has been written by Navaraj Lamsal and the composition has been done by our respected father. This composition was done two decades ago, and now this song and the film has been dedicated to our father.” About “Acharya” “Acharya” is a biopic directed by Prashant Rasaily, under the banner of SilkRoute Pictures. The film is a journey of the musical genius, a true story of determination, struggle and perpetual courage, and the ups and downs that the musical maestro had to suffer in his lifetime. This is homage to the legend.
